The Casper Cooling Select is an 11.75″ hybrid mattress and is exclusively sold at Costco. It is made with memory foam, poly foam, and a pocketed coil support base.

This mattress has minimal sinkage and moderate levels of bounce. Both bounce and sinkage are preferential, but these factors give this mattress an active feel with limited contour and not too much hug.

The Cooling Select is available in a single firmness, 6 out of 10, which gives the mattress a medium-firm feel.

In our performance tests, the Cooling Select Hybrid had an overall score of 8.63, placing it in the top 45% of all mattresses tested to date. Looking specifically at hybrid mattresses, the Casper Cooling Select scores in the bottom 42% of all hybrids tested to date (87 mattresses considered).

The advantage of the Casper Cooling Select is the price tag. This mattress is only $799 for a queen, a savings of over 40% compared to the average hybrid mattress. If you’re on a tight budget, this could be an option for lighter sleepers under 250 lbs.
