Start and run of Coolspring Power Museum's 1917 600 HP Snow engine.

This engine spent its working life pumping natural gas at National Fuel's Roystone Compressor Station near Sheffield, PA. It's tandem in-line cylinders are double acting giving four power strokes with a single crank. The cylinder bore is 24" and the stoke is 48". The compressor cylinder that is not currently activated has a bore of 18". The two piece flywheel is 18 feet in diameter and weighs 20 tons.
