Whenever I want to make something unusual and spectacular, I make this recipe with chicken thighs. These pineapple and cheese stuffed chicken thighs in a sweet and sour sauce always get lots of compliments from my guests. Oven-baked chicken thighs with an incredibly delicious glaze are a real asset at a celebratory dinner with guests or with the family. Cook with love! Cooking with taste!

Ingredients and preparation:
8 chicken thighs (1500g)
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
170g pineapple
150 grams of cheese
toothpick
Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes (top/bottom heat) + 10 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat + circulating air)

garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil

200 ml pineapple juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
90 ml ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
30-50 ml apple cider vinegar (amount to taste)
70-90g sugar (depending on taste)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
After 40 minutes, generously brush the chicken thighs with the sauce
Bake for a further 7-10 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat + circulating air).
