We've finally made it out to Celebration Island Village and the beautiful model homes by Mattamy Homes! This is the Merritt Plan which is 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths in 3,255 square feet. My favorite thing is the gorgeous front porch with double french doors off of the Owner's Suite. Just stunningly gorgeous! Mattamy has lots of great plans in the neighborhood. The price point is as high as you might expect for Celebration, which tends to be on the more expensive side. But if you are a Disney lover, you've got to consider it! It is literally straight down World Drive from inside of Walt Disney World!
