This recipe is a ilocano recipe from northern part of the Philippines and its originally consist of pig head and brain.. but thia version of mine is chicken thighs and I am using mayonnaise as a substitute for the pigs brain much more healthy and tasty as well and it is also very easy to make.. enjoy my version of dinakdakan..
