This will be especially helpful to new cooks or anyone that has never prepared a turkey before.
Everything will be used.....

In this first video, I show you how to easily roast it...going through all the steps to ensure it comes out juicy and looking perfect.
Then while it's resting, I prepare the gravy to go with it. I give you all the tips on how to avoid lumps and you'll learn how to always make the smoothest gravy.

The second video will show you how to make a delicious broth will all the parts of the turkey that cannot be eaten....bones, skin, fat, extra liquid from the bottom of the roasting pan. Then I'll also go through all the steps to pressure can it.

Finally in the third video, I set the bones aside and convert them to a fertilizer that you can use in the garden the next time you plant.
