Begin by standing with feet slightly wider than hips. Raise arms up overhead and slam the ball down to the floor/ground going into a squat position. Keep abs engaged. Exhale as you slam ball. Repeat. Use a weighted ball according to your strength level.

EXERCISE TIP: make sure to use a slam ball and not a medicine ball or a ball that will bounce. A slam ball feels like it has a “sand bag” inside and will prevent the ball from bouncing up and possibly hitting you in the face.
