A grumpy Keith Floyd is in Northumberland alongside Hadrian's Wall to attempt a traditional Roman Centurian recipe in the cold and the rain. This recipe uses pork, carrots, onion, garlic, cumin seeds, marjoram, dill and red wine to create a very traditional if not very delicious pork stew.
