ESP8266 using MQTT to send temperature readings from a thermocouple connected via a MAX6675 to the mosquitto MQTT Broker.

An app called MQTT Dashboard running on an android phone is subscribed to the topic that the ESP8266 is publishing its temperature logs to and displaying them in real time.

The ESP8266 and MAX6675 is powered by a solar panel via an LM2596 buck converter regulated to 3.3V.
