After apollo V, NASA went and tested again the Saturn V uncrewed one final time. Unlike Apollo 4s perfect demonstration of what the most powerful rocket in the world could do, Apollo 6 had endless problems. Let me list a few- (The rocket almost burned to a crisp, that photograph is shown on the thumbnail. 2nd stage burned to long wasting fuel). But it still prevailed and managed to work.
