We bake two loaves of bread from the same dough mix, one baked with the Neff Variosteam function, the other baked with a regular fan oven mode, to see if we cam tell the difference and if so which we prefer.

Ovens used:
Left oven = Neff B57VR22N0B - A vario steam oven used on the automatic bread baking function
Right oven = Neff B47FS34H0B - Is a Full Steam oven but used with the regular Circotherm fan oven setting with no added steam.
Thanks to John Hopkins in the comments for spotting that I gave the model numbers the wrong way round when I made the video!

Variosteam isn't the same as full steam. I did a video a long time ago cooking a full meal in a full steam oven:    • Cooking a full meal in the Miele DGC ...
Variosteam also is not capable of boiling eggs (and since we've got a steam oven at home we NEVER boil eggs in a pan - a full steam oven is better for us - a video on that here:    • Miele DGC6600XL - can it boil eggs be...  )
