In today's video:
I take on my 10k goal race, aiming for my new target of 45:30. I haven't run a 10k race for over two years, and my previous time was over 53 minutes, so this is going to be a huge challenge. The weather on the day did not help at all, with rain from the start, and a real downpour at times. This RunThrough event was taking place in Mansfield, UK.
