The base model is perfect for my workflow, not too demanding and highly recommend it to beginner creatives like me at the price it is at!

However, if you are in the market for something more powerful, I would avoid the base model and upgrade to the M2 pro. Keep in mind this is definitely not budget-friendly, however a big jump in GPU performance. Other than that, the M2 mac mini base model is perfect for most people.
