The Maykr Angels of Urdak are one of the most important species in the Doom Series. Their actions led to the formation of The Father, the ascension of The Doom Slayer and invasion of Earth. From the depths of Hell, the vast Earthly realms and the heavenly realm of Urdak, their presence was felt by all.

Throughout biblical texts, this species was described as caring guardians over the mortals they encountered, they however had a much deeper story than anyone would expect. Where did the Maykr come from? What role did the Khan Maykr play? Were they really the villains of the story? And how does their story end?
