70% rubbing alcohol is a great activator or accelerator to speed up the drying time of CA glue or super glue. Rubbing alcohol is a simple, cheap, and readily available product for a homemade or substitute super glue activator. Baking soda is another option for instant drying of super glue but baking soda is better used as a filler instead of bonding two materials together.
