In this video, I take you on a tour of North Campground at Conchas Lake State Park in Northish East, New Mexico. I then take you for a ride along the lakeshore on the East side of the lake.
Conchas Lake is one of the largest lakes in New Mexico. It is a great place to enjoy the great outdoors! You can camp under the stars, in a tent or in the luxury of a large RV. This is one State Campground where large RVs with slide outs can comfortably fit in the campsite. Many sites offer water and power hookups. There is a dump station situated between the two main campgrounds. You can also enjoy boating, fishing, bird watching and hiking while you are here. Conchas Lake State Park is just Northwest of Tucumcari, New Mexico. We took the Highway 129 exit off I-40. If you are heading East from Albuquerque, this is quicker than driving into Tucumcari and backtracking. This will take you to Highway 104 which leads to the lake. If you are heading West through Tucumcari you can catch Highway 104 off I-40 in Tucumcari, New Mexico. #NewMexicoTrue #NewMexicoOutdoors
