This video gets into some details about how I replaced the gaskets on my shower glass door hinges. My door is 1/2 inch and the gasket needed to be 1/32. If my glass was 3/8 I would have used a 1/16 gasket. Note, not all manufacturers use the same gasket type or thickness. I cut my gaskets from a sheet of neoprene. You can buy precut gaskets online.
