Andreas travels by train through the mountainous heart of Norway, between Bergen and Oslo, and cooks a great variety of dishes along the way. Beginning with a shrimp sandwich; and includes a stop at Voss, where an herb-stuffed lamb roll is prepared. Activities include trout fishing; cooking trout in a wooden bucket; and preparing a dessert that features tart rhubarb and sweet strawberries. Season 12 Episode 2
