Heat and Humidity !! Everyone hates it !! But with Meniere's it can be a trigger. It is for me. I knew better than to try and go fishing this morning. It was early so I thought I could fish until it got really hot. WRONG !! Oh well another lesson learned and there is always tomorrow !!
