VEGAN RANCH:
1/3 of a block of tofu
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 dates
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chives
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp dill
GINGER TOFU:
Marinate tofu in soy sauce, ginger powder, garlic & 1 tbsp peanut butter overnight.
Cook on the stove over medium heat or bake at 450F 25 minutes.
