Star Cafe in Tsim Sha Tsui has been open since the 1960s, and this soon-to-be-demolished cafe has gained a reputation for serving up its famous vomit noodles! We sought out this foodie institution and sampled their delicious –if a little unsightly– noodles, and chatted to the cafe's manager about the food and the history behind them.
