We got it running, a cheap dirtbike with a compression problem. We do a top end teardown and rebuild, replacing a leaking intake valve (seen in a previous video, see card).
The bike had little compression and failed a compression test.
We tore down the engine to finalize the diagnosis of the low compression. We replaced a bent intake valve, lapped the seat and reinstalled.
In the video you see us setting cam timing, reinstalling timing chain and sprocket, adjust the intake and exhaust valves, and replace the head gasket
This information is good for most motorycles, street, dirt or enduro, any brand, Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Harley, Indian and more.
We look at the issue, tear down the head and go through each part, and show their functions and failure points.
