Bahan :
500g akar teratai
400ml air
3 Tsp kecap asin Korea Jinkanjang
2 Tsp gula pasir
2 Tsp brown sugar(saya ganti dengan gula aren)
2 Tsp corn syrup atau madu
1 sdm minyak wijen
1 sdm wijen
cabai secukupnya (optional)
1 sdm minyak makan u/menumis
1 Tsp cuka dan garam untuk merebus akar teratai agar tidak pahit dan warnanya tidak cepat berubah

ingredients:
500g lotus root
400ml water
3 Tsp soy sauce Korea Jinkanjang
2 Tsp sugar
2 Tsp brown sugar (i use palm sugar)
2 Tsp corn syrup or honey
1 spoon sesame oil
1 spoon sesame
Chili (optional)
1 spoon cooking oil
1 Tsp vinegar and salt to boil the lotus roots so that it's not bitter and the color doesn't change
