After purchasing my first property in Spain in 2017 as a holiday home, I then decided to sell up in UK and move permanently to Spain in order to apply for residency before the dreaded BREXIT!

I purchased a second property at the coast and kept the village holiday home. Eventually I realised that the coast wasn´t for me, I now run that property as a holiday let, sold the small village one and bought a slightly bigger property right next door to property no1.

This video will show you the first stages of my work on the property.
The garden, roof terrace and bedroom are all much improved.... although you will need to wait for the next video to see the roof terrace as I forgot to add it to this one.

I hope that the video will give you some inspiration and confidence in purchasing a property that may not be perfect but that has that special something that makes you buy it.
