inventory is one of current asset part of balance sheet. we have to properly measure inventory of one accounting period in order to have accurate financial statement .if inappropriately measure inventory it will lead inappropriate amount of merchandise inventory, cost of goods sold and income statement as a whole it will bring miss financial statement
