After receiving a degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University, Chuck Warczak enrolled in the Conrad N. Hilton College. After graduation in 1975, he held senior-level positions in Operations, Finance and Technology for various hotel companies. In 1992, he joined the company that eventually became Sunburst Hospitality Corporation in Silver Spring, Maryland, where he is the senior vice president and chief financial officer. In 2001, he received the HRM Alumni Association's Distinguished Alumnus Award.
