✔Ingredients (18cm cake)
(room temperature) 150g eggs
50g melted butter
60g vegetable oil (I used brown rice oil)
125g granulated sugar
2g salt
145g cake flour (or all-purpose flour)
6g baking powder
15g orange zest (peel)
40g orange juice
120g sour cream
3-4g vanilla bean paste

Syrup
30g orange juice
15g granulated sugar

Frosting
110g cream cheese
90g sour cream
70g heavy cream
28g granulated sugar
7g lemon juice (can be omitted, add if you like it sour)

✔If adding cream, store in the refrigerator. If omitting cream, store at room temperature. When storing in the refrigerator, leave it at room temperature for about 30 minutes and remove a little of the cold before eating. It will be softer.
✔Bake in a preheated oven at 329℉-338℉ for 35 minutes (based on convection, temperatures vary from oven to oven, so a skewer test is required)
