With unsafe ice conditions in many areas of Minnesota and reports of people falling through the ice increasing by the day, state officials are again urging caution.

The latest warning from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources comes on the day a body was found on a lake in far northern Minnesota and two others had to be rescued in Beltrami County.
