cloves 10
cinnamon sticks 3
black cardamom.1
cumin seeds 1 tea spn
....................
tomato paste/slices 125g 2 medium size
oil/ghee.125ml
coriander powder 1/2 tbl spn
spinach (palak)1 bundle @500g boil and grand
green chilli 3-4 pecs
milk 1/2 cup 125ml
(Garam masala powder 1 tea spn or Qorma Masala 1 tblspn)
garnish with green coriander leaves 🍃
