IN this educative video I was in Oslo Norway and learn that the government here actually gives the users of drugs safe and secure instruments and spaces to indulge in their drugs. The main aim is not to encourage the people to continue with their addiction but rather to ensure that they do it in a safe manner to avoid diseases and other harm that they may face.
