I love making a Tres Leches cake, as much as I love eating it. For me, it's one of those desserts that can be enjoyed at anytime, be it for brunch, lunch, tea-time, or just as a late night treat. Ever since I discovered that this cake can be made out of a box cake mix, its become an even more favorite of mine to take to any potluck or whenever I am entertaining.
