Ya’axché Conservation Trust is one of the most active conservation organizations in southern Belize. Belize Audubon Society collaborated with the organization to document its outreach and assistance with farmers who have been battling both drought and fires in May. Ya’axché allowed our Environmental Education and Communications department to join them at Golden Stream, Nim Li Punit and San Miguel where they have continued to assist affected communities.
