^Did you see that? I gave credit where it is due. Despite this, YouTube's automated copyright flag-bot was triggered by the audio in this video, even though the song that it flagged me for using isn't even used in this video! YouTube uses copyright law to an absurd and abusive extent. It is an excuse; minor infractions can be used as leverage- as a way for YouTube to avoid paying content creators.

The worst part about it is that no one is "minding the store," because (as is the case with any colossal corporation), there are no human beings that I can explain my problem to. Human beings are too empathetic and reasonable, and as such, they are financial leaks in the otherwise impartial and impenetrable corporate super barge that is Google. A person (an employee) would likely recognize the ridiculous nature of the copyright strike, and rescind it. Make no mistake: for this reason, employees are being phased out, and being replaced with automated (and therefore indifferent) systems, whereby an algorithm is applied to each case, and where impassioned cries of reason will fall only on to deaf ears. This is not a conspiracy; this is a legitimate, logical, and mathematically sound business model. And it is coming to a store near you.

I'm getting tired of fighting. It's easier to just remove the music, and not use music in the future. Sorry.
