Toga has been a hot topic for quite a few seasons now in My Hero Ultra Rumble and it’s no surprise why. With an extremely hard hitting beta that has a quick cooldown and the potential to become any character and refresh all her cooldowns in one go she is very strong and in a tier of her own. Not sure o mention there’s a gamebreaking exploit with her that I happened to across in match 1. Hope you enjoy these chaotic matches.
