Ingredients:
100 g rolled oats (1 cup)
240 ml milk (1 cup)
leave to soak for 5-10 minutes
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp sweetener (stevia or your choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 g yogurt (1/3 cup)
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp coconut flakes
25-30 minutes at 180°C/360°F
