राज्यसभा सांसद सुधा मूर्ति ने दिग्गज उद्योगपति रतन टाटा के निधन पर कहा, 'रतन टाटा की मृत्यु के बारे में सुनकर मुझे बहुत दुख हुआ। वे सच्चे अर्थों में करुणामयी, लोगों के प्रति विचारशील थे। ऐसे लोगों का मिलना बहुत मुश्किल है, जीवन के इतने वर्षों में मैंने ऐसा सिर्फ़ एक ही व्यक्ति देखा है। वे जो सोचते थे, वही बोलते थे और वही उनके हृदय में होता था। यह मेरे लिए एक निजी क्षति की तरह है।'

Rajya Sabha MP Sudha Murthy said on the demise of veteran industrialist Ratan Tata, 'I am very sad to hear about the death of Ratan Tata. He was truly compassionate and thoughtful towards people. It is very difficult to find such people, in all the years of my life I have seen only one such person. He spoke what he thought and what was in his heart. This is like a personal loss for me.'
