The second stopover of the low-tech Tour de France focused on Spirulina's domestic culture and took place in Tourbes, not far from Montpellier.

ABOUT SUSTAINABLE HOUSING

The team met Gilles Planchon and Enkidou Burtschell, respectively specialists in domestic Spirulina cultivation for one, eco-construction and bioclimatism and Spiruculteur for the other.
During 5 days, the team was able to understand the functioning of this super-food, rich in proteins, vitamins and trace elements, simple to produce.
This video returns on the manufacture of a basin to produce, in sufficient quantity, spirulina for a family of 4 to 5 people.
