Recipe:
480 ml (2 cups) water at room temperature
9 grams (2 teaspoons) instant yeast
8 grams (2 teaspoons) sugar
640 grams (5 cups) all purpose flour (high gluten preferably)
11 grams (2 teaspoons) salt
50 ml (4 tablespoons) extra virgin Greek olive oil
Bake in cast iron with olive oil
