Basic Manual Operation Instructions
➡️The control panel automatically turns on as soon as the oven is electrically powered.
➡️Then “0.00” appears on the display.
➡️On the parameters by using the parameter increase or decrease button to set the cooking time.
➡️Use the select button to choose cooking parameters.
➡️On the cooking parameters by using the parameter increase or decrease button to set the cooking temperature.
➡️On the humidifying button by using the parameter increase or decrease button to set the humidity.
➡️Press the start or stop button to start the cooking cycle.
➡️When the cooking cycle is on, parameters can be displayed by pressing the select button and values can be changed by using the increase or decrease button in the cooking cycle.
➡️The cooking cycle stops while the timer runs out or by pressing the select button.
➡️To start again, press the dial button and wait 30 seconds and the machine will re-run automatically.
