Recipe:

Potatoes - 1 kg (2.2 pounds).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place all the potatoes on a baking sheet.
Olive oil 2-3 tbsp.
Salt - 1-2 tsp.
Oregano - 1 tsp.
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F).
Potatoes prepared in this way retain all their beneficial properties.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for 60 minutes.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Ground beef - 500 g (1.1 pounds).
Sauté the ground beef for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
Onion - 1 piece.
Sauté the onion for another 3-4 minutes.
Garlic - 1 clove.

Salt - 1 tsp.
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Mix well and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Place the cooked ground beef on the potatoes.
Mix well.
Cheese - 100 g (3-4 ounces).
Sprinkle everything with cheese.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 20 minutes.
