Shiraz Haft Tanan Stone Garden and Museum are located at the beginning of Chehel Maqam Mountain. The reason for naming Haft Tanan in this Garden is because of the seven graves that belong to seven famous Persian mystics. The Mansion in this Garden was built by Karim Khan Zand, which is consists of a porch with two columns, two rooms, and two earrings-shaped structures on top of it. The columns of this porch are very similar to the columns of the North Porch of Karim Khan Zand Citadel. The stones in this museum belong to the third to eleventh centuries AH, although there are several pillars related to the Sassanid and Achaemenid periods in this Museum as well. This Museum/Garden is located near other historic and tourist places of Shiraz city such as Quran Gate, Tomb of Hafez, Jahan Nama Garden, and Kuhpayeh. باغ و موزه سنگ هفت تنان شیراز در ابتدای کوه چهل مقام قرار دارد. دلیل نام گذاری هفت تنان بر روی این باغ وجود هفت قبر که مربوط به هفت عارف معروف ایرانی است میباشد. عمارت موجود در این باغ توسط کریمخان زند ساخته شده است که شامل یک ایوان با دو ستون یکپارچه، دواتاق و دو گوشواره در بالای آن میباشد. ستون های این ایوان شباهت زیادی به ستون های ایوان شمالی ارگ کریمخان زند دارد. سنگهای موجود در این موزه مربوط به سده های سوم تا یازدهم هجری قمری میباشد، البته تعدادی پای ستون مربوط به دوره ساسانی و هخامنشی در این موزه وجود دارد. این موزه و باغ در نزدیکی مکان های تاریخی و گردشگری دیگر شیراز مثل دروازه قرآن، آرامگاه حافظیه، باغ جهان نما و کوهپایه قرار دارد. حتما در سفر به شیراز دیدن این باغ و موزه تاریخی رو فراموش نکنید.
