It builds nothing and we’ve all seen it. That Facebook post in all caps, that irate customer lashing out at his waiter or maybe you’ve even seen it in the mirror: anger. Anger is often the best way to destroy the very point we’re trying to make and ultimately the relationships we’re trying to build.
