Surrey's Police and Crime Commissioner Lisa Townsend has joined officers with the Vanguard Road Safety Team and the Roads Policing Unit for an operation on Surrey's stretch of the M25. Op Tramline, which sees the use of an unmarked HGV tractor unit loaned from Highways England, aims to tackle distracted and dangerous driving.
