Hello guys, thank you so much for always checking out my channel and watching my videos. I love making it for you. Here is my latest video tutorial of how to make cream cheese frosting recipe for beginners at home. You can use this in your red velvet cake, cupcake and carrot cake frosting. Cream cheese frosting is only advisable for cakes finishing and fillings. It requires cold temperature area to store.

Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe:

500g Cream cheese (room temperature)
500g Unsalted butter (softened)
300g Icing sugar
50g Fresh milk
1tsp/5ml Vanilla essence

Procedure:

1) Sifted your icing sugar and weigh your ingredients.

2) Make sure your cream cheese and unsalted butter are soft and you should keep them in a room temperature area before making your frosting.

3)Start mixing your cream cheese until it become creamy.

4) Once your cream is creamy, add your soften unsalted butter. Mix together for 1-2 minutes.
*If you saw that your that your mixture is going to split, you can use fire torch slightly on the side of your mixing bowl until your cream get fluffy.
*Or if you don't have fire torch, you can put your mixed cream into a plastic bowl and put inside to microwave for 20-30seconds then put back into your mixing bowl and mix it.
*But if you don't have both fire torch and microwave, you can use double boiling method. Boil a water in a pot then your mixing bowl with mixture. Melt it little bit, then put back into your mixer and mix it again until get fluffy.

5) After your cream cheese and butter are mix together, add your icing sugar little by little.

6) Last step is adding your milk with vanilla essence little by little. Take note guys that you should scrape your mixing bowl every time to prevent lumps.

7) Guys please use wire whisk in mixing your frosting to make it sure the fluffiness of your cream.

8) You can store the left over inside the fridge for 3 days.
