In this video we show how we made a modern looking mailbox. We mounted it to a wall on a covered porch so it is protected from the elements. NOTE: While we created this design using the dimensions of a mass-manufactured mailbox, US Postal Regulations require a Postmaster approved design for custom-built mailboxes. Before you go to the trouble to make this mailbox for yourself, we advise you discuss it with your local postmaster.
