If you haven't been out this winter, you should definitely try your local runoff area now. The rising air temp is melting down the snow in the woods and those warm water is flushing food into the main lake. Fish are the best natural born weatherman, they know what is coming, and they are already there to feed whatever the runoff has to offer. When those bait fish makes the move, big game fish will not be far away from them!
