Part 2. After 2 failed attempts, decided to waste another 3 action points to gain another 15 storm resistance before attempting to kill the boss again (only left with 2 action points for the boss)
Ended up using 43 actions points in total to kill the boss ( 4 attempts on the boss which is worst than my previous attempt)
