The presenter is Fr. Randy Flores, SVD who directs the Biblical Apostolate ministry of the Diocese of Cubao and the SVD Philippine Central Province. He also teaches biblical courses at the Divine Word Seminary (TagaytayCity), Recoletos School of Theology (Quezon City), and Saint Alphonsus Theological and Mission Institute (Davao City).

He obtained his Licentiate in Sacred Scriptures (SSL) from the Biblicum in Rome and a doctorate from the Ateneo de Manila University (Ph.D.) and the Loyola School of Theology (SThD).

A past president of the Catholic Biblical Association of the Philippines (CBAP), he is currently the parish and rector of the Sacred Heart Parish-Shrine, Quezon City.
