You can reach one of the peaks of the mountain
using the olde worlde cog railway up the Schafberg mountain to a height of 1,783 meters.

The steepest steam cog railway train in Austria has been ascending the Schafberg Mountain from St Wolfgang since 1893. The Schafberg Mountain and Lake Wolfgangsee are magical places and definitely worth a visit through this Alpine country. The place is suitable for camping as well as backpacking.

The leg injury that you can see in the video was much worse than I thought, only 12 hours after the injury the leg started to swell and I had to return home because I simply couldn't put the boot on anymore. Seven days of rest was enough and I have already started shooting new magical mountains and small hidden places. Happy trails folks ! 🥾
