আজ থেকে শুরু হলো আমাদের এক নতুন সফর। এ সিরিজ় আমার মনের অত্যন্ত কাছের, আর এখানে একেকটি রান্না শেখাবেন ঢাকার রন্ধনজগতের একেক বিখ্যাত মানুষ। আজ প্রথম পর্বে থাকছে সেখানকার সবচেয়ে বিখ্যাত রান্নাগুলির অন্যতম- ইলিশ মাছের পোলাও। শেখাবেন আন্তর্জাতিক সম্মান পাওয়া রন্ধনশিল্পী আলপনা হাবিব। শিখবো আমি। এ অনবদ্য সফরে সাথে পাবো আপনাদের, এ আশা রাখি।

॥HILSA PULAO- DHAKAI CUISINE SERIES॥

From today onwards we set off on a new journey. This series is very close to my heart, and here each dish would be taught by a stalwart from the culinary world of Dhaka. In the first episode today, we have one of the most famous dishes from there- Hilsa Pulao. It would be taught by the internationally awarded culinary specialist Alpana Habib. I will learn from her. I hope to have you all along with me in this journey.
